At Youth For Christ, we understand the importance of parental/guardian involvement in their child’s extracurricular activities. We want to be fully transparent with you so that you will feel comfortable with your child attending one of our youth programs. With that in mind, we take proper precautions should an emergency happen.

We require parental/guardian permission for students to participate in our programs. Below is a button titled “YFC Consent & Release Form”. This button will link you to our permission form.
